Kristeen Kidd earned her real estate license in 2003. She has been the Contracts and Office Manager for Diane Williams & Associates since 2010. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Kristeen moved to San Diego in 1995, and then to Palm Desert in 2010. Kristeen earned her bachelor’s degree in business at Biola University before beginning her career in real estate.
With her real estate sales and property management experience, Kristeen found her interests and forte lay in the legalities of contracts and processing a transaction. As the Contracts Manager, Kristeen works hard behind the scenes to make sure your liability and stress are minimized throughout the purchase or sale of your home. She takes care of all the pertinent details from the listing and selling contracts to closing. Kristeen is devoted to working with clients and feels she can serve them best by focusing on the legal accuracy of the contracts and disclosures of the transaction. She acts as the liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, appraisers, escrow, title, home warranty, and many types of inspectors. Kristeen is an expert in transaction documentation, disclosure requirements, and risk management - knowledge and experience that helps to create a smooth and successful closing. As a licensed real estate agent, she is available to show properties as well when needed.
