Hi Diane – just a quick note from me and my wife Alicia to let you know how much we enjoyed working with Allison on our Sandpiper home purchase. From the first conversation with Allison, we knew we were in good hands. She was knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and, most importantly, consistently conveyed a focus on helping us to make a good choice to meet our needs. On deal issues, she provided sound advice and great clarity as we considered things like….offering price, closing terms, inspection findings….just to name a few.  She quickly figured out our likes and dislikes and narrowed down our choices without limiting us. And, she was very transparent about pluses and negatives she observed in the properties we considered along the way. In that regard, she added great value.

We were also impressed with her flexibility in finding time to work with us, often with little advance notice.

Having been in a professional organization providing clients services that oftentimes can be viewed as a commodity business, I value the fact that exceptional customer service skills and responsiveness often are one of the few differentiators that distinguish service providers. In this regard, Allison represents you and your organization exceptionally well!!

I should also mention that there was a point where scheduling conflicts required Heather to show us a few properties. While we didn’t have the same exposure to Heather as we did to Allison, I am confident that her clients would make many, if not all, of the same observations about her customer facing skills – so I would think these attributes must be part of your team training and culture.

It was a delight working with Allison as the ambassador of your organization – and I wanted to let you know that.
