We listed our home at Indian Ridge Country Club with Diane Williams in the summer of 2012.  To our pleasant surprise it sold in September, 2012, with escrow closing October 30th.

We accepted the offer Diane presented to us, the first time around, without the need of a counter offer.  She knew exactly what we would consider and made sure the offer brought to us was within the range of what we expected; nothing less.  Escrow was clean and concise although Diane needed to guide the buyer’s broker through the process as he was not completely knowledgeable.

Barbara is truly an exceptional realtor. She showed us only homes that were 100% appropriate to our criteria. She accommodated our tight schedule which sometimes involved early morning or late night visits or meetings. She was not hesitant to suggest multiple return visits to properties we were interested in.
